ALTHOUGH THIS TAI CHI PROGRAM WILL TAKE ALL REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS TO HELP PREVENT YOU FROM GETTING HURT,

THIS EXERCISE PROGRAM COULD RESULT IN INJURY.

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ANY POSSIBLE INJURY, NEVER FORCE OR STRAIN YOURSELF DURING THE TAI CHI EXERCISES.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY DISCOMFORT DURING TAI CHI, PLEASE STOP IMMEDIATELY AND CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.

PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL HEALTH ISSUES SUCH AS ARTIFICIAL KNEES OR HIPS, OR PAIN IN THE NECK OR BACK, ETC., SHOULD BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS AND NOT GO BEYOND ANY EXERCISE ACTIVITY WHERE PAIN OR DISCOMFORT IS BEING EXPERIENCED.
